How To Return or Cancel
an Item
RETURNS:
1 - You
must first get a Return Goods Authorization Number.

You can do this by filling out the form below.
Ø
No package will be accepted without a prior RGA approval number
clearly printed on the outside of the package.

- Please include a copy of your receipt with your product return.

- Simply send the item back to our main shipping center at:

DO NOT send it back to the address that may be on the box your order
came in.
We
ship out from various warehouses throughout the country, but we
only accept returns at our
Metro
Supply & Equipment Co. may inform you, in some cases, to return equipment or
parts directly to manufacture’s warehouse or distribution center.
CANCELS:
1 - To
cancel an order or a backorder that has not yet shipped, simply email us at Returns@MetroSupplyCo.com
with your order information and we will cancel the item(s) and credit
your charge card.

- To cancel an order if
the order has already been shipped
out to you, simply follow the instructions above for "Returns"
instead.
CREDITS:
1 - Once
credit request is received and/or your product has been returned to and received
by us, your credit card will be credited less the standard 25% restock fee.
Ø
Some equipment manufactures may require 30% or more restocking
fees.
Ø
Equipment may not be returned due to warranty or repair issues.
Ø
All equipment warranty issues are subject to the manufacture’s
warranty
Ø
No returns on electrical parts
Please
allow up to thirty days to see your credit on your next billing cycle credit
card statement.

the product has been used, please provide a detailed description of the
products condition. All
products sold by Metro Supply & Equipment Co. come complete with the
manufacturer's warranties. You may return any unopened, unused or
defective product to us postpaid within 30 days of purchase when
accompanied by the original sales receipt. Sorry, but special order
items, non-stock items, commercial equipment and electrical parts may
not be canceled or returned. When
submitted, your request is sent to our returns department for approval. When
approved, you will be sent an email with a return authorization number. If
your return request is denied for any reason, you will be notified as to
the reason and how to obtain further assistance. Please
follow these directions carefully and check all information before
submitting. |
